  Had to endure the perverse irony of watching this with ad breaks.
  Anyways, this is aesthetically really wonderful but the ending text is really inappropriately moralizing, mainly because the film's imagery doesn't really provide enough context to actually make a coherent critique of anything. As it is, the film could be taken to be criticizing unchecked capitalist consumption, but also the aerospace industry, or the reactionary peril of 'overpopulation', or even just the building of large scale infrastructure.

  Man, rich people are so fucked. Why do they always have to take things that are cool (gay people having weird kinks) and make it weird like that.
