It takes a little while before it gets in its element, but when it does it's so much fun. Jesse Eisenberg nails his central performance and Emma Stone & Woody Harrelson knock it out of the park. The story isn't that remarkable, but it's the characters that keep it going. I'm actually excited to the the sequel know, which will be released later this year. And Bill Murray man, what a legend.
For some reason many 90s classics I've seen (especially genre movies) have always been just okay to me. Like in the 3/5 - 3.5/5 range. A beautiful love letter to the franchise, Endgame is everything you could hope it is and more. I'm shifting between a 4.0 & 4.5, but I'll keep it at 4.5 for now.
Edit: I moved it down to a 4.0 for now due to some issues I have with the middle portion of the movie, but I'll have to rewatch it to decide for sure.
