Past Lives 2023
This is where I ended up. This is where I'm supposed to be.
A usual criteria for 5 stars from me (which I'm extremely stingy about) is that I know I'll want to rewatch it many times in the future... I'm going against that one here, since this movie broke me a little so I don't imagine I'll want to revisit it anytime soon. It literally kept me awake at night. But it's beautiful and I'm sure I'll buy it on physical media at some point and give it another watch in the distant future when I'm feeling more solid and strong.
