    Last night, I watched this for the first time with my wife-to-be, whom I met when I was thirteen and didn't see again for 25 years. Six months ago we reconnected, and now we are together, ridiculously happy, and expecting our first child. You can see why this film resonates...

    I have carried on whole conversations based exclusively on lines from The Princess Bride (as, I'm sure, have we all). It is one of the most memorable movies I have ever seen, and I love it more each time I see it.

    Who thinks to themselves: "I need an actor to play the Buddha. Let's ask Ted 'Theodore' Logan to do it"?

    Other than the white guy playing an Indian, this is an excellent film. If you're interested in the history of Buddhism or the story of Siddartha's enlightenment, you'll get a lot out of it. If not, perhaps you will be once you've watched it.

    Up front: I cannot stand James Cameron. But I love this film. It is one of the better sequels ever made, and if you can't see in it the predecessor of such video game greats as Halo, Resident Evil, and Doom, then you're just not paying attention. You even get a little FPS action with the cams during the initial incursion.
