    Although we've seen it a million times now, 'big scary dude + witty kid' is always a great combination, which is why I think this film started out quite fun, but then took a bit of a dip in the second act when it became more about the romance.

    Not that you'd expect anything different, but it was the kind of film where you could tell exactly what was going to happen, right from the start- apart from one twist…

    Hmm... for some reason, I actually kind of liked the premise of a mall-themed crime movie, but they didn't really do a whole lot with it. Many of the scenes felt pretty aimless or typical, and I also thought most of the humour was quite weak- I can't really remember any moment that actually made me laugh out loud.

    That said, some parts of the story were alright, although the ending felt a bit anti-climactic, but I did enjoy some of it.
