  This might be the most overwhelming movie I’ve seen this year. This is (ironically) maximalist to the MAX. In it’s production, in the editing, in the set design, in it’s visuals, in the costumes, in Austin Butler’s incredible performance, even the god damn credits. As someone on the spectrum, there were numerous points in this movie that was overstimulating like crazy. But I kept watching because I really wanted to know how this would turn out.
