An energetic, colorful, hilarious romantic comedy that feels like Before Sunrise if it were directed by Edgar Wright. Rye Lane is breath of fresh air starring breakouts Vivian Oparah and David Jonsson as a pair of 20-somethings getting over their recent break ups by walking and talking their way through London. Packed with sharp jokes that come a mile a minute and filled to the brim with visual gags both big and small, it’s just as delightful as it is funny. So much fun, real gem from Sundance that deserves to be a sensation on Hulu.

EXT. MCU FOREVER? - DAY

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is a highlight in this, so far, rough phase in the MCU. However just like the entirety of phase 4, the film isn’t to the same level of quality that the previous 3 phases can be held up to. While I still believe that Wakanda Forever is better than most recent films, I can’t help but agree with Scorsese on this one. Superhero movies are rollercoaster rides, short fun bursts. But this is 162 minutes on the lazy river. It’s slow, but it’s a ride nonetheless.

BROKER is a beautiful and touching film that shines with its rich characters and brilliant performances from the entire cast. Laughs, tears, and a baby. What more could you want?

I got extremely drunk while watching this movie. I don’t remember a thing.
