    Interesting combination of ideas. The twist was great. Everything up to the twist was bland and typical. The movie this turns into during the last 10 minutes or so looked like a much more entertaining movie than what we got.

    An odd, twisty (perhaps overly twisty) horror thriller. Was it a good film? I don't know! I was, however, thoroughly entertained and never certain about where it was going next.

    Whether intentional or not this movie is HILARIOUS! Its bad but in an enjoyable way.     SPOILERS... I guess.

    So, they added a rather long intro with no basis on the book, all new stuff. I was aware of that going in. Conceptually it makes sense. There is not enough material in the book to fill out a feature film AND Barbara is important to the story but isn't really featured much in the book.
