One of my favourite movies of all time. Frank Darabont’s The Shawshank Redemption has to be one of the most wonderful and satisfying movie anyone will experienced that ticks all the boxes in delivering a gripping, compelling and memorable journey told through the pure and genuine nature of a beautiful friendship between two convicts with different perspectives, which Darabont does a fantastic job giving us an absolute masterpiece that is still beloved till this day.

My personal favourite movie of all time and I don’t think I’ll ever change that, Sergio Leone’s The Good, the Bad and the Ugly is truly epic and iconic in every sense, and not only this is easily the best one in Leone’s Dollars Trilogy, but it’s also the greatest and most influential western movie to be put on the silver screens across the world! There has been close ones for that title, like Leone’s “Once Upon a Time in…

Going to see Batman 89 in the cinema was awesome and a better experience than when I watch “Batman Returns” last Christmas (due to me having an annoying cold and cough). Watching both of these Tim Burton classics was a joy, to be hearing other people laughing at moments it was not supposed to be funny, me and my friend kept quoting the upcoming lines, and hearing Danny Elfman’s music is brilliant. Batman 89 was a blast, and would I be up to see “Batman Forever” and “Batman & Robin” on the big screen? Fuck it, why not!

Couldn’t the Pirate Captain like, hide Polly back in his beard when he rescues her from Queen Victoria? She doesn’t know where he keeps his dodo. With Aardman Animations’ upcoming project being the long, unexpected sequel to “Chicken Run”, I wanted to check out a Aardman movie I haven’t seen, and after seeing Peter Lord’s the Pirates, it left me entertained and pleased, continuing to offer brilliant stop motion animation, putting its weak story in the shadows.

    The charming, but…

    Thor: Love and Thunder

Well, at least it’s not “Thor: The Dark World”. I was somewhat excited but sceptical to see Taika Waititi’s next adventure with Thor, given the behind the scene info and what they’ll include in the story. I left the cinema feeling disappointed and annoyed with my time watching Thor: Love and Thunder, and while it does have praises that doesn’t make it a complete disaster, it felt rushed and just lazy with the plot going forward and focuses more on…

Jim Carrey certainly “Carrey” this movie on his back, am I right? Anyway lol, continuing from his success through the 90s and bounces back in the spotlight after the disappointment (in box office and tone) of “The Cable Guy”, Carrey gives another hilarious and over the top performance in Liar Liar, that brings many laughs and childhood memories, but while I’ll say the movie is not one of his best, it’s his performance that is the sole reason to check…
