A CACOPHONY OF LIGHT AND SOUND
Both my wife Megan and I felt our senses were assaulted throughout almost the entire movie. Constant action and explosions -- the only time the movie slows down is for heavy exposition dumps. Or, for short moments of poor acting and poor chemistry between the leads.

The Cloverfield Paradox 2018
I liked this movie.
Not a life changing experience and certainly very inspired by the likes of Event Horizon. However entertaining and pretty well interesting nonetheless.
One thing I think this movie has over the superior 10 Cloverfield Lane is the way it actually ties in to the universe itself -- though I appreciated how loosely that was represented/explained. Thought it fit within the frame of the other two movies extremely well while still being very much a "unique" slice…

This film is very near and dear to my heart. Growing up my Grandfather was always raving about Bela Lugosi and his Dracula. How it could never be topped.
