A CACOPHONY OF LIGHT AND SOUND

Both my wife Megan and I felt our senses were assaulted throughout almost the entire movie. Constant action and explosions -- the only time the movie slows down is for heavy exposition dumps. Or, for short moments of poor acting and poor chemistry between the leads.

Personally, I was a big fan of Francis Ford Coppola's film starring Gary Oldman in the titular role; at the time. Him and I would have debates about which was better -- him going on about how and why Gary Oldman's could never be considered better.

    Before he passed my grandfather…
