    At its' core, Arthur is a delightful romantic comedy, with extremely likable leads who not only give solid performances, but have great on-screen chemistry.     I hadn't seen this movie since opening night in 2007 (went straight from work to the Varsity theater in Toronto for it) and not only has this movie held up but it's better then I remember it which is tough because I thought it was great to begin with.
