I'm a bit mixed on this one. I like about equal as many things about it as I dislike. Most annoyingly, it suffers from the inactive protagonist syndrome like too many horror/thrillers. Although it's somewhat explained why, it was still irritating at times.
Other than that it's pretty good. Maybe takes its time a bit much, but McAvoy's performance it terrific. The girls a bit less so. Than again, the tension is there and the climax is a worthy pay off...
See it to get hyped about the announces third film, I'd say.
