Letterboxd — Your life in film

a stunning directorial debut from rebecca hall, passing is a enthralling adaptation of the novel. performances great all around (thompson and negga are a sublime pair) and cinematography doesn’t get better than this. thought provoking and sensual, this will occupy my mind for a while.

packed with exhilarating visuals and great performances, last night in soho is a delight. while there were some effects that drew me away from the film and some pacing issues, this is a great film that i would gladly revisit

a beautifully shot film that knows what it wants to be, with creative choices that work. featuring a phenomenal lead performance and a great supporting cast

the plot felt empty at points and the last 30min a bit rushed, but the overall experience is one i would gladly revisit.

SUCH. a wild ride, kept me engaged the whole time. cast is great, nice amount of humor. if you like horror this is for you.
