King Aaron’s review published on Letterboxd:
Jean-Marc loves to use rock songs in his films. He feels that they convey emotions that might not be expressed but at times they feel redundant. This film is a mess but it has some stuff to admire. I wish that Jake and Naomi's character has never met because the letters helped to show a lot of who the characters were but I never bought them as being good friends more of two strangers who both are looking for something in life. They both are rather excellent in this film. Jake is an actor willing to take chances in his roles and this is another oddball character. People are going to love it or hate it with zero middle ground. The film is filled with obvious metaphors.
