The Woman in the Window never takes the portrayal of it’s protagonist further than hysterical or unbalanced. The story which is already predictable, never gets blessed with sharp edges and always stays far from being mysterious.

Oxygène can neither impress as a claustrophobic thriller nor a sci-fi movie that plays mind games with the audience. But the combination of these two bundled together with a strong performance by Mélanie Laurent keeps the audience interested throughout the movie.
