    "It was the mirror"

This is how we supposed to tell a Parallel story. The way Oculus used match cut is something we haven't seen before. The mirror itself adds up an extra layer of horrific realism.

    DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!

Nothing new in the story but Dhyan banks quiet fairly on Nivin's comedy timing though it's his usual style.

2nd Half isn't as engaging as the earlier half with Dhyan struggling to come up with an interesting sub-plot to take his wafer-thin story moving. Still, he manages to pack a watchable entertainer which relies almost entirely on Nivin's charm.

    Kavaludaari

    ★★★

This is what happens when you have a decent storyline but a weak connection link to the main characters, especially to the antagonist.

I was so impressed with the execution of the story in the first half, those flashback scenes were so fresh and engaging. But after the first half, the movie lost its rhythm and struggled to find a good way to connect the characters and finally ended up as a cliché cliff-hanger.

This film doesn't deserve a review.

  • Goodachari

    Goodachari

    ★★½

Goodachari is comfort food. It's a spy thriller that teases more serious themes, but never fully commits in favor of crowd pleasers. Which is not necessarily a bad thing, per se. We already have seen so many Bourne-inspired gritty thrillers. But Goodachari ends up feeling lightweight - an enjoyable lark on first viewing but easily forgotten.

Overall rating: The funny thing about Goodachari is that you don't have to watch almost half of the good spy thrillers around the globe, it's all in one package.

WHAT IF LIFE IS A VIDEO GAME & Déjà-vu ARE JUST CHECK POINTS

A Psychological Interpretation of 'Happy Death Day'

    Game Over
boasts an intriguing concept but lacks a sense of thrill and macabre to make the film matter.

This film would've been a lot better if they had trusted the concept nyctophobia alone with home invasion. The time loop (3 life) shit with horror logic ruined the movie. Even after finished watching this movie still, I don't understand half of it, that adds up the possibility of a sequel to it.
