    OH MY GOD…. 

    yeah, dune (2021) really fucking did that. oh my god how incredible was that film. not only was it gorgeous, but the pace was smooth and easy to keep up with. never did it drag on for too long. even with how long this film was, it felt short and effortless. my favorite film of the year and one of my favorite films i think i’ve ever seen.
