    The Lego Movie

To my delight, I found a film for adults in the Lego flick. Lord and Miller barrage us with jokes, very funny ones, from every conceivable angle, that will most likely get right over the little guy’s head. They have an excellent grasp for absurdity and irreverence, ensuing in every scene.

When I first saw The Naked Gun…

One of the best of his generation and currently, for sure, but for me he's not the transcendental, best director of cinema everyone seems to praise at great lengths.

    I'm not going to talk…
