A dimension not only of sight and sound, but of mind

Here's a list of movies that I feel like were taken straight out of the pages of The Twilight Zone episode scripts. And I certainly don't mean that in any bad way; it's honestly a compliment.

I generally apply this concept to indie or low-budget films. Their elements often include sci-fi elements, small casts, a plot twist, a philosophical or psychological dilemma, sometimes a moral, and just a pinch of thrill and horror.
