The People Under the Stairs rewrite The Rules of the Game in blood.
There's moments in the first half that are so clever, I found myself throwing my hands up in approval (the slo-mo peach dusting bit in particular). Maybe it's because much of it takes place at a single location (the Park family's designer modernist house) but it reminds me of a farce for stage. Like a play Yasmina Reza or Wendy MacLeod might have written.
