Spider-Man: Homecoming

Spider-Man: Homecoming

Road to Infinity War

I'm not going to bother writing long reviews for the rest of these, because so many of my recent reviews have everything I had to say within them and still hold up.

I still love this. Not quite as perfect as Spider-Man 2, but it's still such a fantastic character arc for Peter. Most of the best Spider-Man stories have a personal conflict for Peter to overcome before he can beat his villain, but a lot of his conflicts in this film are seemingly internal and inconsequential - staying for a party, impressing a girl, getting detention, etc. But the perfect thing about this is that all of those things feel like the end of the world for a teenager.

extra points: The Vulture twist is still incredible. And I just love the soundtrack and style of this. Such a blast.
