Paul really saved the best for last; basically a masterpiece, but I'll need to rewatch it before I can say anything coherent about it. It's just immense in every respect and it's the most moving film I've seen from Anderson, achieving the apotheosis of his thematic exploration of the mixture of artifice and reality and their manifestations in material space. I just burst into tears when it was all over, it's so beautiful and I couldn't really imagine a better or more viscerally symphonic conclusion to this whole story.
Doobie White should edit every film ever made from now on.
