• Men

It started great, with giving all the mysteries and questions of what kind of creature are they and what's really going on... but the ending failed to deliver all expectations and just left the viewer keep asking the same questions. Sure it's cool to keep it vague and hidden meanings, but it would be nice if they can give us some closure as well.

  • The Black Phone

    The Black Phone

The grabber looked promising, if they could've made the twist from his motives or something. The ghosts are creepy, but other supernatural stuffs are a bit cheesy.

  • Prey

This is actually good, although nothing's really special about the story, straightforward and predictable, beside the native American twist in which make this take much more fresh than the other "sequels" to the series. But I enjoyed it.

The last scene, where the main character tried to make herself invisible to the predator, then setting up all the traps, reminded me the original where Arnold Schwarzenegger pretty much done the same things.

  • The Man From Toronto

    The Man From Toronto

Funny, yes... memorable, not so much.

  • A House on the Bayou

    A House on the Bayou

At first, this like a home invasion kind of movie but they show some trippy magic evil satan stuffs, very interesting. Just a bit annoyed by the score, the music sounds so out of place.

  • Perfume: The Story of a Murderer

Perfume: The Story of a Murderer

I had no problem with this movie at first, beside the narrator in which sounds like coming from Animal Planet. Then here comes the ending. Orgy-inducing perfume and the flesh eating hobos, I lost track of what I was watching there. It was like a murder mystery at first, then turn into messed up fairy tale of some sort

  • Thor: Love and Thunder

    Thor: Love and Thunder

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

Entertaining as always. Waititi's jokes always hit just the right spot for most people, always make people smile. Everything looks cool as well here, Gorr looks cool, Hercules' just like in the comics, Jane is decent, the goats are perfect, the fights, the weapons, all great.

  • Ms. Marvel

    Ms. Marvel

It seems the series was lacking some sense of urgency, pretty chill through out all 6 episodes, just like watching a teenage drama. The way they changed her power bother me a bit in the beginning, but last episode showed her big hands so they fixed it for the angry fans I guess.

Excited to see her, Carol and Monica in action together next year... they'll make a great team.

  • The Eye

    The Eye

Still scary after all these years

  • Incantation

When you mix The Blair Witch projects with Paranormal Activity... but in Taiwanese.

  • Everything Everywhere All at Once

    Everything Everywhere All at Once

This movie is made differently. So weird, fun and deep.

  • Obi-Wan Kenobi

    Obi-Wan Kenobi

The series doesn’t have much impacts to the whole timeline since it’s all been set years before, Grand Inquisitor would die much much later, Quinlan Vos survived order 66, Leia became rebellious while Luke was just a farmer boy. The spoilers are no longer spoilers anymore at this point. But always fun to see lightsaber battle, just keep reminding me why I love star wars at the first place
