I decided to treat myself to see this today on my birthday and I had a fucking blast. Opening day. Nearly sold out crowd. What an experience. I laughed, cried and had a blast. The physical humour had me dying and the first act was visually incredible that I couldn’t breathe and believe that what I was watching was real.

This is the ultimate film for cinephiles and is kind of like a drug. Once you take it, your all in for the experience. I need to watch this again to fully process everything but what a fucking movie.

fucking amazing. had an absolute blast watching this. fell in love with baz’s cinematic visual style so much because the editing was insane. some purely creative shit. austin butler also gave one beautiful performance that surely will be high for awards buzz later this year.

was getting full on goosebumps throughout the whole film. glad it didn’t end up being a disappointment after several months of anticipation. didn’t feel the runtime at all as well. definitely gonna go see this again but those final 25 minutes made me tear up hard.
