The cinematography is the one and only positive about this film

2021's Candyman was disappointing, it's everything i would expect from a horror sequel, Prequel or reboot in the last 5 years

The writing was bad, most of the kills happened off screen like a PG-13 movie, Tony Todd was in it only for like half a minute and what makes me mad more that they turned candyman into an antihero just like what happened with Leatherface in the peace of garbage Taxes chainsaw 3D from 2012

And I also hate forced politics in movies especially horror or action.. even if i don't like to say a lot but yes, this movie was too woke for me
