Hutch’s review published on Letterboxd:
This is a film madly in love with its time and place. But it takes its indulgences too far with casual pacing and frequent longueurs. DiCaprio’s character is dull, but there is pleasure in watching him badly act on purpose. Pitt’s character on the other hand steals the show and along with the look of the film is the best part of it. Tarantino is like the brightest kid in class who spends too much time showing off to ever fully achieve his potential.
