    TRON: Legacy

I had kinda low expectations for this movie, I saw that it had average reviews but, I saw the visuals and soundtrack were great.

Did it exceed my expectations? Not really.

TRON: Legacy is a 2010 science fiction-action film, set about 27 years after the events of the 1982 movie TRON.

Coupled with amazing visuals and a great soundtrack, I figured it would win me over, but honestly, the story, cast, and overall character development was severely lacking.

    Hail, Caesar!

Coming into this, I was hoping for something good. I've only seen two other Coen brothers movies, and I loved both, so I was looking forward to seeing how this one stacked up against those.

It also kinda looked like Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, them both being movies about 1960s Hollywood, and them both being comedies. So it had some stiff competition

Now coming into this I wasn't too sure, I heard it was nominated for a few awards and my dad said the original was really good.

Did it exceed my expectations? Yeah, it definitely did.

Starting with the score, it slaps ngl, but then again I'm a sucker for western music so of course, I loved it, I don't actually know too much about like score making and stuff so maybe I'm not the best judge of that.

Bizarre and weirdly amazing, Rango manages to be one of the best-animated movies I have ever seen. A soundtrack that is simply beautiful (that banjo version of "Ride of the Valkyries" is impeccable) classic western music never gets old. Johnny Depp while a bit annoying at first, becomes enjoyable and the other performances are great. And then where the movie excels the most. Animation. Honestly, it's amazing, it looks more live-action than the Lion King remake. Overall this movie manages to be a cinematic joy and I don't think i will ever see an animated movie like this again.
