Manchester by the Sea

Manchester by the Sea ★★★★★

This was absolutely heartbreaking. It conveys the ugly and painful beauty of life and holds a sufficient amount of truth. It completely made me want to curl up into a ball and cry because it just possessed so much emotion and injustice that I could entirely empathise with and feel that radiation of remorse, despair and a hole of loss that will ultimately never be filled. The acting was more than amazing for me, every time they cried i cried. But the weird thing is, is that It felt like the actors weren’t even acting, it was like i was watching these people (particularly Lee) go through such grief and pain. Like he just living without existing half the time...

I wish I could fully put into words about how great and deep this film is, but right now, words can’t describe it, it’s something that you have to let take over you, so you’ll perceive it in the way you need to. So, yes, I 100% recommend this. It’s so just depressing in the most stunning way.
