A Most Violent Year ★★★

Oscar Isaac and Jessica Chastain did a fantastic acting job (as actors who have graduated from Julliard do), but I don't feel like the story had any life to it. Other than showing and using weapons, I don't really think this movie showed that statistical violence of the era it was set in. The cinematography and the nuance was AMAZING. But the writing/storyline was kind of boring. (And those fucking accents 😒)
