terms like “good” or “bad” can’t even begin to describe what i thought of this. this was a moment. a cultural reset that i unfortunately was not allowed to see due to my christian upbringing. but now that i have, i feel like i’ve been let into a club, a space that every 11-13 year old from 2008 has occupied for over a decade. what a privilege to be ushered through this rite of passage. thank god i wasn’t alone…
