Anthony Peronto’s review published on Letterboxd:
This movie has all the things. It’s an indictment of religious superstition and the cruelty of those in power, complete with re-enactments and visualizations that can be both scary and silly. And above all, it’s entertaining. Get you a documentary where the director shows you drawings with a pointer AND includes imaginary re-enactments of witches kissing Satan’s buttcheeks. Like, what’s not to love?
