    Hold the Dark

    Take two of the most Nordic actors you can wrangle (Alexander Skarsgård, Riley Keough), surround them with First Nations folk, and boom, you’ve got spooky gravitas. 

    Except, not really. It lacks the focus, drive, and black humor of either of Director Jeremy Saulnier’s previous films, Blue Ruin and Green Room. Saulnier, working from a script by regular performer Macon Blair, doesn’t know what to do with all these scattered pieces.
