Okey, no watermelons for me ever again...
This film has its charming moments and impressive shots but none of them did much for me. And that singing parts? Why?
I want those two hours back!
So...what was Malick trying to say here? I don't know, and actually don't care. With a cast this great how can you go so fucking wrong? The whole movie feels so pretentious, it tries so hard to be deep and philosophical, but without visual beauty there is nothing here. Oh wait- and where is the music?
