You know the feeling when you're over someone's house and the family or relatives or housemates of the person who invited you over all start arguing in front of you and you have nowhere to turn and nowhere to run? That feeling of absolute dread as your soul leaves your body in slow-motion due to the sheer uncomfortableness of the situation you've been unwillingly drafted into? And, sometimes, you start contemplating some form of ritual self-immolation to just get you out of there ASAP?
This film is two hours of THAT FEELING.

The Matrix Resurrections 2021
There is not one scene that you cannot imagine Lana Wachowski behind the camera saying “Fuck it, we’ll just fix it in post”. Ugly, lazy, laughably bad, with both immense exposition dumps and terrible Whedon-esque dialogue.
Not to mention, for a movie critiquing free will and the nature of technology, seems to be algorithmically designed for both the die-hard supernerds and The Discourse™, both of which keep the Content Mines of the modern internet age alive.
It’s just bad!
