it was occasionally pretty. the only interesting thing was the fly motif.

this movie was completely.... unremarkable. theres no real emotion, no value, nothing going for it. its just another way too long, hypersexualized gay indie film. but this time worse bc its about an adult and a 17 year old

they didnt attempt to build any emotional development at all so the whole ending thing was so dumb. like.... his father being like “what you had was sooooo special” when really they were just fucking for less than 6 weeks. simply doesnt add up!!! maybe its just because straight actors cant experience romantic/emotional development
