I feel like this movie is trying really hard to be a masterpiece. The way it is stylized does not match with the minimalistic dialogue. Every single frame of this film has some kind of gimmick. Whether it be lighting, angles, color scheme, etc. It just gets to a point where you want a basic scene. A scene where two people have a normal conversation.
Maybe if the acting were stronger the film would play better? The dialogue is sparse and there are very little emotions throughout. That's a tough place for these actors to be, but they don't help their case.
Movie is a huge fail in my opinion. I dont think I've ever checked my watch this much for a movie that has a run time under two hours. I was bored the entire time.
