I found this too convoluted but otherwise very enjoyable. Great use of a single location, juxtaposing imaginatively gruesome kills against the cool, sterile environment of a psychiatric hospital. The visuals are some of the best of the series, I think, with touches of Argento and De Palma. And Fiona Dourif gets to have some fun! She's great!
