You know, there's a reason why the great tragedies begin with worthy Macbeth and valorous Othello, not an arrogant overgrown adolescent. That aside, the plotting is messy and rife with scenes or even whole sequences which exist to hammer us over the head with one point - the story outright grinds to a halt on Naboo, while the Geonosis factory sequence is a geography-less mess that foreshadows the Muddle of Exegol.
There's a lot that's good, but ultimately this show is undone by its adherence to Marvel convention, a belief that just gesturing at themes is enough, narrative obfuscation and not having the strength of its own convictions.
OK, those are all probably just facets of Marvel convention.
Also, death to the Mystery Box.
