AliBouzari’s review published on Letterboxd:
I think the old version of me that was watching movies a decade ago would've hated this. But I don't. Not now. Because now, I don't care that a movie is based on an absurdly silly idea. Or that the characters reactions are implausible, or that the facts don't check out. But I have grown up as a movie-watcher, so now I care more about the pace, the cinematography, the creativity. This movie might not have much to offer, but it doesn't slow down, it didn't scare me, and it wasn't intense but wonderfully thrilling and fun. Watch it if you need a dose of Nicolas Cage like I did because Jacob reminded me of it.
