    The Irishman

A mixture of all the mafia movies he's ever made and not in a good way. Except for the acting there's not much to appreciate. It's almost never captivating, and all that happens you can see it coming miles away. The only new thing is the subtle details and the objectivity of the main character that was never present before in similar movies, meaning how different he is as a father and a murderer. I expected much more, and that’s part of the problem; it’s the legendary Martin Scorsese!

  • Ad Astra

    Ad Astra

All I can say is this could be so much better. It's a rescue mission in space movie with not much creativity. The acting is really good, the litttle acting there is to do. The script doesn't have much to offer. The nihilistic narration of the main character about how now we have ruined the whole world lacks real conviction and coherence. Not much science is thrown in there neither which for an space movie is another negative. Cinematography is the movie's silverlining, it's beautiful to look at.
