I watched this movie while feeling like a fat bastard on a 9 hour flight back from my holibobz (Bali for everyone asking). I can honestly say I’ve never felt more inspired to hit the gym. See below on how to get America’s ass and a titanium arm.

Cap’s Ass Routine:

- 5 sets of squats with a rep range of 8-12.
- 3 sets of lunges with light weight+high reps to work on peach + roundness.
- Step machine for 40 mins to burn off my beef cake.

Bucky’s arm(z):

-10 sets of barbell curls.
- 5 mins of flexing in the mirror for maximum EgO.


I feel I would never have created this program if i hadn’t rewatched this class film. Story is also good - 4.5 ⭐️.
