Aaron Allard’s review published on Letterboxd:
I am starting a support group to everyone who has watched this movie.
I need to start the healing process so please join me.
Side note: If anyone has ever re-watched this film, i think Letterbox needs to bring the authorities in.
I am coming to terms with a lot of the ideas in this movie now and am seeing that just because it didn't have outs in place that I wanted, doesn't mean it should be given a low rating. For the fact that it challenges/tortures you like Haneke (but far more human) and for sheer theatrical experiences (meaning i had my eyes covered several times) I would have to give this a perfect rating.
Ps. As my friend James said: I love this movie, but never see it!
