    Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri

    I loved it. The comedy is dark and perfectly timed, the characters are incredibly well developed, the story itself is given a treatment of 'reality' I appreciated. The acting was some of the best I've seen in a while, my opinion on characters was so easily manipulated by perspective I didn't even notice I was rooting for a man I hated 5 minutes ago until it was too late. This is my favorite film of the year so far. I almost cried over orange juice for god's sake.

It's hard to describe anything about the plot or characters without compromising the development of the story.     Nicolas Cage aggressively sings the hokey pokey while taking a sledgehammer to a pool table. Moms' everywhere weapon of choice is a meat tenderizer. Saws alls may not in fact saw all. One of the most incredible experiences I've had in a theatre (granted Nic Cage was less than 10 feet away from me incredibly drunk). An added plus, once this is released the internet will have every reaction gif they never knew they needed.

    Obviously once a movie becomes as popular and awarded as La La Land everyone begins to search for every possible fault and controversy, but overall it is simply an amazing film.
