RIP Congressman John Lewis. A national hero.
Even in his later years, Lewis participated in numerous protests even at the risk of being arrested; all in his fight for reform. He fought for everyone. It’s a poignant thing one can never forget.

6th Annual Letterboxd Season Challenge Week 18: January 18th to 24th

    18/33

This week's challenge is to watch a previously unseen film starring Tilda Swinton.

Michael: β€œI am not the enemy.”

This film faces a moral situation in a midst of the investigation corporate world. The mood captures a cold, dark and sophistication that almost feels like a film noir.

Alfredo:Β β€œLiving here day by day, you think it's the center of the world. You believe nothing will ever change. Then you leave: a year, two years. When you come back, everything's changed. The thread's broken. What you came to find isn't there. What was yours is gone.”

This film is a love letter to cinema. Love how the memories imprinted from childhood to adult life and the infinite friendship that came out of this. This film is heartfelt, genuine, endearing and beautiful. Such an emotional ending.
