Andi B. Goode’s review published on Letterboxd :
#2 for my 52 Films by Women.
I gave up all pretense of paying attention somewhere near the end & just started playing Tsum Tsum, instead.
I've seen far worse films but this really isn't great. It's murky and pretty insubstantial. Plus I figured out who the bad guys were pretty early on.
I've always thought Jeffrey Dean Morgan has nice screen presence, or maybe just a nice face. Sam Worthington's character was a total dropkick, and macho guy caricature. Chloe Grace Moretz did pretty well with not much. And there was nowhere near enough Jessica Chastain.
It does look fairly pretty, though.
