I really enjoyed this. A crossover of ROBOCOP, HARDWARE and SCANNERS, but rather than going retro, just takes the spirit of those movies to address modern fears and changes of 2018. I loved the world this built- and with extremely memorable supporting characters/villains who feel a lot like the shitty milk chugging reddit tech lords of today’s world. But perhaps where it succeeded most of all was in establishing a really solid mood- and sticking with it throughout.
Oh and the music was great too.
