I came to this with mixed feelings. This year has been rough, and this Christmas is... challenging. I'm home alone, on a rainy day, feeling kind of blue. I love Pixar movies, and I really wanted a lot from this one. It did lift my mood a bit, and certainly served as a nice distraction for a couple of hours. It was funny, and touching, and made me think about my life a bit.
It was somewhat predicable, following a fairly well-established Pixar formula, but it's really well-executed.
