Noah Soudrette’s review published on Letterboxd:
This gothic thriller is a feast for the eyes. The production design is rich and the photography beautiful. The one complaint I'd levy against this film is that it's far too languid. This works against the tension of the film somewhat, but to be honest, I'm not sure what i'd take out. Other than that and the lack of a fully fleshed out resolution, there's always something happening just beneath the surface of each shot.
