Scary monster, bad acting. Also those kids VERY MUCH deserved what came to them

I actually found this charming and a pretty good idea in the first half, but I just can’t take these characters or some of these actors

When you use your cute animal/creature to hide your underdeveloped characters and themes. To be fair he was VERY cute

Shoutout to that guard who looked at Jasmine funny when she randomly broke into song in the middle of the third act

I did not grow up on this movie, but I did watch the Disney Peter Pan like everyone else did and honestly I’m not a fan so this movie did absolutely nothing for me. I mean the production design is cool and I did enjoy Bob Hoskins as Smee, but honestly it wouldn’t have made a difference if I saw this or not.

We don’t need an Obi Wan Kenobi spin-off because it already exists

I was enjoying this very ok sci-fi horror movie and then Adrien Brody decided to have sex with the creature. And I was gonna mention how much that trailer scared the shit out of me when I was a kid but that sex scene manage to top it. 

Apart from that it’s just a mediocre rise of the planet of the apes
