Buddy the Elf, What's Your Favorite Color?: A Holiday Movie Marathon

Cinemonster's Hoop-Tober challenge (in which I had a blast taking part!) got me thinking I should continue the fall festivities with a list of films for the holiday season.

Unlike Cinemonster, I am not clever enough to come up with a nifty set of rules to comply with here, so I'll just leave it as it is: A set of movies that, for me, have some tie to the holidays, whether in terms of setting or theme or some personal memory of watching them at that time of year. (For those interested, the notes state the reason for each film's inclusion, though in most cases the reason is obvious.)
